采用獨特的雙合金法，控制輔合金成分使其液相能很好的浸潤2：14：1相顆粒，輔合金液相在2：14：1相晶粒周圍形成相對均勻的富稀土相薄層，達(dá)到提高矯頑力的目的。另外，控制燒結(jié)溫度與時間，使輔合金液相的稀土元素不進(jìn)入主相，一方面使主相外延層有極高的各向異性，另一方面不會導(dǎo)致主相的Js降低，從而得到高綜合性能的磁鋼（高Br、Hcj）。直驅(qū)式風(fēng)力發(fā)電機磁鋼需要很高的綜合性能以承受苛刻的工作環(huán)境和超長的使用壽命。
The unique double alloy method is adopted to control the composition of the auxiliary alloy, so that the liquid phase can well infiltrate the 2:14:1 phase particles, and the auxiliary alloy liquid phase forms a relatively uniform thin layer of rare earth rich phase around the 2:14:1 phase grains, so as to improve the coercivity. In addition, by controlling the sintering temperature and time, the rare earth elements in the liquid phase of the auxiliary alloy do not enter the main phase. On the one hand, the epitaxial layer of the main phase has very high anisotropy, on the other hand, it will not reduce the JS of the main phase, so as to obtain high comprehensive performance magnetic steel (high BR, Hcj). The magnetic steel of direct drive wind turbine needs high comprehensive performance to withstand harsh working environment and long service life.
